Don't take my word for it. Try HQ with your foods.
This is a little taste. Tell it what you actually eat, then throw real life at it. And just so you know, the full HQ does so much more. I'll show you.
- 1Answer a few quick questions
- 2Say good morning and get your whole day
- 3Try "I'm hungry," "I'm going to Taco Bell," or "make it printable"
picky: losing weight my way, with foods I actually like.
This is a preview I built so you can feel it. The real HQ lives in Claude, understands anything you say, figures out your numbers with you, plans your whole week, and remembers you every single day.
Cute, right? Now imagine the real thing.
The preview knows 30 foods and one day. The real HQ knows you.
The preview a little taste
- 30 foods to pick from
- One day of food
- About 10 restaurants
- Understands a few phrases
- Forgets you when you close the page
The full HQ the whole thing
- Any food you love, even your weird favorites
- Your whole week planned, plus your shopping list by aisle
- Your real numbers (protein, calories, fiber) figured out with you
- Any restaurant, anywhere, even the little taco spot by your house
- Talk to it like a friend, in your own words, or just hit the mic
- "Finish my day" fixes the rest of your day after the extra fries
- Talk It Out for the hard days: the scale, food noise, feeling behind
- Workouts for wherever you are and however much time you have
- A printable for everything, and the 91-page Picky Girl's Guide
- It remembers you. Every chat, every day.
Picky (adj.)
losing weight my way, with foods I actually like.
Picky doesn't mean difficult, and it doesn't mean a long list of foods you won't eat. It means you're a little bit of a rebel. You stopped letting everyone else make the rules.
A picky girl is:
- Picky about food. If she doesn't like it, it's not on her plate. No sad salads to prove she's trying.
- Picky about her rules. She doesn't follow a meal plan built for everyone. She eats foods she likes, a little healthier, and stays in her deficit.
- Picky about her pace. She's not racing anybody. A stall isn't a failure.
- Picky about who she listens to. If it makes her feel like she's doing GLP-1 wrong, she's out.
she knows what works for her, and she's not apologizing for it.
My real week. Pizza included.
This is what the full HQ looks like in a real week. I don't eat breakfast, I hate cooking, I work all day, and I won't touch Greek yogurt. HQ planned around all of it. Tap a day and be nosy.
Every plan becomes a page.
Say "make it printable" after anything and HQ makes it a page with your stuff already filled in. Here's my set from this week. You'll get yours with your food on it.
You set it up once. And I walk you through it.
Never used Claude? Honestly, perfect. HQ was made for you.

Okay. Ready for your own week?
Two ways to get it. I'm going to be honest with you, one of them is a way better deal.
