I'm Nyk, the creator behind The GLP-1 Girl Code. In 2023, I started a GLP-1 medication and began documenting my weight loss journey online. What started as weekly check-ins quickly turned into something bigger: a platform for women who were tired of feeling alone, overwhelmed, or judged while navigating these meds.
Since then, I've lost over 75 pounds, built a digital product suite, launched a paid membership, and grown an engaged community of thousands of women who are learning how to actually live on these meds, not just lose weight.
My content is real, personal, and grounded in the lived experience of someone who's still on this journey too.
