Hi, I’m Nyk, the creator behind The GLP1 Girl Code. Two years ago, I started a GLP1 medication and began documenting my weight loss journey online. What started as weekly check-ins quickly turned into something bigger: a platform for women who were tired of feeling alone, overwhelmed, or judged while navigating these meds.

Since then, I’ve lost over 75 pounds, built a digital product suite, launched a paid membership, and grown an engaged community of thousands of women who are learning how to actually live on these meds, not just lose weight.
