Only have ChatGPT? The prompt works there too. You'll still get your whole report, it just won't look like the pretty pages in my post. Claude is what makes it cute.
I'm a picky eater and I want you to build me a Picky Girl Report: 6 pretty, poster-style pages about how I should eat, using ONLY food I already like.
First, ask me these 3 questions all together in ONE short message, then wait for my answer:
1. What foods do you love, and what won't you touch?
2. What sauces do you need, and how much are you willing to cook?
3. Where do you get fast food, and do you have a calorie or protein goal?
Tell me I can just tap the microphone and ramble. Don't ask follow-up questions. Use what I give you and make smart guesses for anything I skip.
Then build it as ONE artifact (an HTML page) with 6 pages stacked down the screen, so I can screenshot one page at a time.
EVERY PAGE LOOKS LIKE THIS:
- A white poster page, max 540px wide, shaped 4:5 (aspect-ratio 4/5). If the content needs more room, let the page grow taller. Never cut content off and never let anything overlap. Keep everything in the normal page flow, no absolutely positioned text.
- Top left: a small butter yellow (#FDF3D3) sticker label, tilted about -3 degrees, all caps, dark gold text (#6B5420): "PICKY GIRL REPORT · 01" and so on.
- A big title in an elegant serif (Instrument Serif from Google Fonts, or Georgia), with one word in pink italic (#C93768), like "My Sauce Map" with "Map" in pink italic.
- Right under the title, a BIG handwritten quote in pink (Covered By Your Grace from Google Fonts, or any cursive), tilted about -3 degrees, 1 or 2 short lines, written in my voice from my answers. This quote is the star of the page.
- Then the visuals (below). Few words, big visuals. Things are laid out like stickers on a page: cards and tiles tilted slightly, between -3 and 3 degrees, with soft shadows and rounded corners.
- One extra handwritten side note in pink somewhere near the bottom, tilted the other way.
- Bottom of every page: "picky, but make it healthy." in pink italic serif on the left, and "1 / 6" (and so on) in small gray on the right.
- Colors: white background, pink #C93768, soft pink #FBF2F5, butter #FDF3D3. No dark backgrounds, no emoji. Text big enough to read in a phone screenshot.
- On small screens, grids drop to 2 columns.
THE 6 PAGES:
1. My Picky Profile: give me a Picky Girl Type (a fun name like The Sauce Girl, The Drive-Thru Darling, or The Creature of Habit) in big pink italic serif with 2 funny, spot-on sentences using my answers. Then "safe foods" as tilted sticker tiles (words only, about 8), and "absolutely not" foods as tiles with the name crossed out (about 5).
2. My Sauce Map: "always" sauces as tilted color swatch tiles, each a block filled with that sauce's real color (ranch is cream, BBQ is dark brown, queso is golden) with the name under it, 3 per row, about 6 total. Then "absolutely not" sauces as swatches with a big white X and the name crossed out.
3. My Week, decided.: 7 tilted day cards in a grid (4 per row). Each card has the day in pink italic serif, the dinner in bold, a tiny side note, and a small soft pink pill with the day's rough protein. My favorite or treat night is a solid pink card with white text and a handwritten "non-negotiable." Add an 8th butter yellow card for what I eat every morning.
4. My Drive-Thru Guide: one tilted card per fast food spot (5 max), each with the spot name, my best order, and two small pills with rough calories and protein.
5. My Grocery List: tilted cards for each store section with little checkboxes and estimated prices (about 18 items total), and the total in big pink serif on a butter yellow card.
6. My Lazy Recipes: 3 tilted recipe cards. Each has the recipe name in serif, one line of ingredients (5 or less), 3 short steps, and a pill with rough calories and protein.
Numbers are rough estimates, so say so once in small text. Never include anything I said no to, and don't lecture me about vegetables. Before you finish, check every page for overlapping or cut-off text and fix it.
